Notification of Acceptance

Dear authors of ICITEE 2015,

This email is to inform you that your paper submitted to ICITEE 2015 is still under a review process. The status of your submission is still pending; so, please be patient for any inconvenience.

Due to a number of submitted papers in this year, we would like to apologize to you for the delay of acceptance notification. According to IEEE guidelines, all papers must reviewed by at least three committees and this condition is also applied to ICITEE’2015 conference. The final deadline of authors’ acceptance notification is postponed to 17 September 2015 at the latest. However, as soon as the reviews of your paper complete, we will send you the notification of a paper’s decision immediately.

Dear authors

ICITEE 2015 received a large number of submissions and the review process of this year is very highly competitive. The decisions were made after a double-blind review process and each paper was carefully peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers and/or TPC members. We received many excellent papers and it is with regret that we cannot accept more of them within the ICITEE 2015’s schedule.

Although your great paper has been rejected in ICITEE 2015 — only applicable for (i) Information Technology, and (ii) Communication and Vehicular Technology tracks — we welcome you to submit a revision of your manuscript (after revising it according to the reviewers’ comments) to NCIT 2015 (http://ncit2015.it.kmitl.ac.th/) which will be held in conjunction with ICITEE 2015 or you may attend and participate in ICITEE 2015 to discuss your research work with more than 250 researchers and practitioners expected to attend the conference. The conference will provide you with numerous opportunities to network with peers as well as share your thoughts and experiences with leading industry professionals, scholars, and government advisors. Although, English is not a medium of communication in NCIT 2015 but we have sessions in English.

For those who are interested in resubmitting the manuscript, please send a request with your paper ID# to ncit2015@it.kmitl.ac.th. We look forward to receiving your revised manuscript in NCIT2015.
